If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Standard Machine and Arms/DBA Archery1.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Standard Machine and Arms/DBA Archery1.com without notice at any time, for any reason. Restricted Items Before ordering any product from Standard Machine and Arms/DBA Archery1.com, customers are urged to research all applicable laws governing the purchasing, ownership, and/or use of outdoor sporting goods. Outdoor sporting goods products include (but are not limited to) any Black powder items, reloading components, ammunition, long gun and handgun components, crossbows, air guns, slingshots, and other regulated items. Standard Machine and Arms/DBA Archery1.com will not grant refunds for any products where customers have failed to research, know, understand, and/or follow federal, country, state, and local laws. Please keep in mind that not all products are available in all areas due to federal, country, state, or local laws.
Lost Shipment RPS and UPS regulations state that no shipment may be considered lost before ten (10) working days have expired. After this period of time, please notify us.
Special-Order Items As a service, we will special order items which are not cataloged and/or not stocked. On all special orders under $50.00, a $7.50 handling charge per vendor plus all freight charges will be added. Special-Order items may be ordered with a "cancel if not shipped by date" but CANNOT otherwise be canceled. Special order items or items labeled special order can not be returned.
Goods Damaged In Transit Merchandise that is damaged in shipment will be handled by us as we insure all our packages with the carrier. Please notify the carrier as soon as possible so that they may make arrangements to pick up the package. If there is visible damage to a package have the driver note the damage on the delivery slip and notify your local shipping office. Hold the package, with original carton and packing material for the carrier to inspect. Please notify us immediately of the condition of the product and we may at our discretion ship you a replacement. Standard Machine and Arms/DBA Archery1.com will not assume any liability of any items that are damaged in shipment as these are insured with the carrier. We will file all truck shipment claims.
Returned Merchandise Standard Machine and Arms/DBA Archery1.com does not have a stock balancing program, all sales are final. Merchandise shipped in error by our shipping department may be returned for credit or refund if the error is reported, and the unused product is returned and received by us within ten (10) days of invoice date.
Defective & Warranty Items Most merchandise sold at Standard Machine and Arms/DBA Archery1.com is covered under the manufacturers warranty and as such, customers are recommended to research and/or contact manufacturers with any questions regarding warrenty coverage. Defective merchandise must be returned directly to manufacturers. We will provide any assistance necessary; however, we will not accept defective items. This policy ensures the fastest turnaround and least amount of expense for all parties involved. The only exception to this policy pertains to Bear/Jennings, Hoyt, & PSE Bows. Our distributors are authorized warranty centers & will accept bows from these manufacturers for warranty repair. We will not accept any other manufacturer's merchandise.
